Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after I receive them. As soon as the product ships, the tracking number will be forwarded to you. Please note that each canvas print wall art is custom made, limited edition, adjusted by hand and printed with special high-grade ink. For prints 12" x 16" and smaller, the order will be processed within 1-2 business days and should arrive at your door within 3-5 business days. For international orders, please allow 12-15 business days for delivery. All of the stretched canvas prints are printed and shipped from our canvas printing partner in Arkansas. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs and weather delays, only estimates for shipping times can be offered. Most USA Orders are shipped via USPS either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on your location. Delivery times are approximately 3-5 Business Days in the US, Canada Delivery times are approximately 5-7 Business days, and 12-15 Business Days for International Shipping.

Q: Where do you ship from?

All of the art prints ship from Arvada, Colorado. The canvas prints ship from Arkansas. IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply contact us as soon as possible. AlpenglowWorkshop.com is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Q: Are All Your Stretched Canvas Prints Ready To Hang When I Receive Them?

Yes. They have D-rings and hanging wire installed on the back of the canvas. They are ready to hang on your wall right out of the box.

Q: How do I check my tracking number?

Once your product ships, you will be emailed a tracking number to track your purchase.

Q: What are the payment options?

All major credit cards, Paypal, and Afterpay are accepted.

Q: Are the prints hand-signed?

Yes. The fine art prints and the matte paper prints will be titled and signed on the back of the print.

Q: I placed an order, but have not received any email from you with details about the order. When will I receive that?

All order detail emails are sent out as soon as you complete order. If you can't find it, please check your Spam mail box as it might have been placed in there. If you still can't find it, please make sure that you have entered your email address correctly. Sometimes mistakes do happen.

Q: I think a mistake was made on my order. How do we fix it?

A: We am very sorry. It doesn’t happen often, but nobody’s perfect. Email alpenglowworkshop@zoho.com and we will work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send a picture of the error so we can a) verify your claim and b) call you to correct it.

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

If your order included both art prints and canvas prints, the canvas prints will be created at a separate facility and shipped from it. It may take a few more days to receive your canvas print. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

Q: Can I Get A Refund?

Yes. Orders must be canceled within 24 hours from when you placed your order. Otherwise the item must be returned in order to provide a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also ship it back in the same shipping package that it came in, if possible. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order we will issue a full refund once the product(s) are returned.

Q: What Currency Are Your Prices In?

Our prices are in USD (United States Dollars).

Q: Is my personal information safe?

AlpenglowWorkshop.com uses the highest security solutions to protect your personal information. Your credit card and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is used on the internet for payments to be processed safely.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Are your products available for licensing?

Yes. Most of the artwork is available for licensing.
